Bam Bam McGee has her own hair, likes ugly things, and started playing roller derby in 2011 with the San Diego Derby Dolls. In regards to her effectiveness in the sport, she has been referred to as a Polly-Anna, sugar coated idealist but she prefers to think she’s more optimistic than that. Bam Bam played with the Diego Rollers during a league bout and it was decided that she played as a sample size of one, not statistically significant, nor representative. Bam Bam won the 2011 award for ‘Best Sound Effects’ that further proves how her weight is more accurately measured in absurdity than body mass. In 2012 she was put on both the Diego Rollers and Hard Corps team and in spite of herself and her flare for being surprisingly awkward when intimidated, is the head of the Social Committee for the league.
